Year 7 Catch-up Premium Report

2014-15

The school received £12,500. The funding was allocated to the salaries of two fully qualified teachers with the relevant subject expertise. The total cost of this provision was £20,000.The school contributed £7500 from its budget to make up the shortfall. This provision meant that the school was able offer catch up classes in year 7 which were timetabled alongside language lessons in the curriculum.

2015-16

The school anticipates receiving £12,500, similar to last year. The funding will be allocated to the salaries of two fully qualified teachers with the relevant subject expertise. The total cost of this provision is £27,500. The school will contribute £15,000 from its budget to make up the shortfall. This provision ensures the school can offer catch up classes in both year 7 and 8 which are timetabled alongside language lessons in the curriculum.
