At Woodbridge High School, we are committed to providing students with a range of opportunities throughout their education journey that will prepare them for the world of work. We aim to empower students and equip them with the skills and knowledge to investigate, research and enter their chosen career on the appropriate pathway for their individual needs.
The CIEAG programme offers advice, information and guidance to all learners to raise aspirations and support students on the pathway to success in further education, higher education or employment. Woodbridge High School is dedicated to achieving The Gatsby Benchmarks through a well-planned careers programme suitable for all students' needs.
CIEAG Programme
At Woodbridge High School we have a whole-school approach to careers, with pastoral and curriculum support of the programme. There is a wide range of successful careers events for every year group building on different skills and experiences. We have a holistic and inclusive approach to careers that aligns with our school values, actively working to break stereotypes and empower our young people.

Labour Market Information
Students need LMI because it helps them make better decisions about their education and future careers. By using labour market information, students can choose subjects and training that match the skills employers need, understand potential salaries, and improve their chances of finding good employment after completing their studies.
