Y7-11 Student Absence Reporting

This form must ONLY be completed by the student's legal parent/carer and NOT by the student. The school may verify the absences reported on this form by contacting parents/carers. This form is for Year 7 - 11 students only. Please complete the form HERE for sixth form students.

Once you have completed the form, please click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page. If you do not do this, we will not receive your form.

Please note: Absence must be reported by 8:30am on the day of absence. This must be done every day your child is absent, for safeguarding reasons. If you are unable to fill in this form, you may email absence@woodbridgehigh.co.uk with the information below.
