KS4 Guided Choices
We invite you to our Key Stage 4 Guided Choices Open Evening for Year 9 students.
Webinar
The KS4 Guided Choices Webinar will be held on Wednesday 28th January at 6pm.
The webinar will be held on Teams, with the registration link available on this page closer to the time. It will include a presentation on the available choices and responses to questions.
Open Evening
The KS4 Guided Choices Open Evening will be held on Thursday 29th January,
5.30pm-7.30pm. It is an opportunity to visit the school and speak to teachers and students from a range of subject areas.
Please access the school via the lower entrance on St Barnabas Road. Parking is available on the back playground. You should come to Wynndale Hall and collect a guided choices booklet, which has a page showing the subject locations, as well as key information about each subject.
In order to avoid large numbers on site at any one time, please aim to arrive between the specified times below:
- 5.30-6.30pm: 9B / 9E / 9G / 9N / 9R
- 6.30-7.30pm: 9D / 9P / 9L / 9Y / 9W
Guided Choices Booklet
The Guided Choices Booklet will be made available on this page shortly. A hard copy will be available for pick-up during the open evening.
SIMS Student Platform
Students will need to be registered with SIMS Student in order to make their choices. Within SIMS Student, they will be able to access SIMS Options, where they can make their choices. Please refer to the Guided Choices Booklet for further information. Options online will go live on Friday 30th January.
Students who have not yet registered for SIMS Student will receive an invitation email from noreply@sims. They should check their junk folder if they do not see it in their inbox. If students do not receive an email, it means they have already registered for the platform and simply need to log in using their school email address and the password they have set.
