ETHNIC MINORITY ACHIEVEMENT INSTRUCTOR

Term Time Only – 31.25 hours per week

LBR 5 Subject to pending job evaluation

£24,462 - £25,809 (pro-rata - £18,002 - £18,993)

We are seeking to appoint an Ethnic Minority Achievement Instructor to help co-ordinate the casual admissions process and liaise with pastoral and curriculum teams, under the guidance of the Inclusion Coordinators; to provide in-class support to identified EAL pupils, and to support language acquisition and literacy development through a range of interventions

Candidates should have previous experience of working with students with English as an additional language and/or SEN pupils and previous experience of running literacy intervention groups for SEN/EAL pupils.
